Frequently asked questions

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at the next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my bandwidth limit?

We won't shut your app down. We'll notify you and give you 7 days to upgrade or reduce usage. If you consistently exceed limits, we'll work with you on a plan.

Do you offer annual billing?

Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. All plans are currently billed monthly with no long-term commitment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Invoicing is available for Team plans on request.

Is the Hobby tier really free forever?

Yes. No trial period, no credit card required. The Hobby tier is designed for personal projects and experiments with no time limit.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Absolutely. You can export your Postgres database with pg_dump at any time. Environment variables, deployment history, and logs are all exportable from the dashboard.
